It is with deep regret and sadness that the GEODE Board of Directors has decided to
recommend the dissolution of the corporation known as
GEODE, Grassroots Economic Opportunity Development & Evaluation and
GEODE, Sudbury’s Community Economic Development Organization.

GEODE’s Annual General Meeting
is scheduled for Thursday, August 27th, 2009 at 6:30 p.m.
at the Main Library on Mackenzie Street in Meeting Room #1

Please see the attached Annual General Meeting Agenda for meeting details.
The AGM is open to all members, guests and interested residents of
Greater Sudbury are invited and welcome to attend.
